Speaker Registration and Badge Pick-up
As a speaker, you will be registered for DeveloperWeek Conference + Festival 2015 automatically. Speakers do not need to register themselves. All speakers will receive one comp code in their welcome e-mail allowing them to register one additional guest for the conference. Speakers can use this comp code at http://developerweek.com/about/register/ to register their one additional guest for a Pro Pass, which gets attendees into all DeveloperWeek sessions, workshops and events.
Speakers can pick up their badge at registration located at Pier 27 during the following times:
Monday February 9: 10am – 5pm
Tuesday February 10: 8am – 5pm
Wednesday February 11: 8am – 5pm
On-site Speaker Ready Space
DeveloperWeek speakers have access to the speaker ready room. Once speakers arrive on-site they will be informed of the location at registration.

I’d like to be a speaker at this conference. What do I do?
If you’d like to get involved as a speaker, please submit a speaker proposal by November 22nd. All decisions will be sent November 28, 2015. Additional information about speaker proposal submissions can be found here.
I’m a confirmed DeveloperWeek speaker. What do you need from me?
All speakers must fill out the speaker information form, which includes your proposed presentation title and a short description for our website schedule, within 5 business days of being confirmed by the DeveloperWeek team. If you’re on a panel, we ask that you fill out the speaker information forms and a panel prep call with be scheduled beginning 2 weeks out from the conference. If you are giving a solo presentation, workshop, or lightning talk, your presentation will be due by Monday, February 2 by submitting it through the presentation submission form which was sent in your speaker logistics email upon acceptance.
As a speaker, do I have to register myself for DeveloperWeek 2015?
No, you will be automatically registered by the DeveloperWeek team. Speakers can pick up their badge at registration, which will be located at the entrance of Pier 27. For more venue details, click here.
As a speaker, can I bring a guest?

What is the date, time and location of my presentation?
All conference session times and locations are listed on our schedule. The schedule is subject to change, so please visit the page frequently for updates. The details of your session will also be sent in a welcome e-mail. If you have any additional questions about your session please email email@example.com
I’m on a panel. Will there be a prep call?
Yes. All panel prep calls will begin being scheduled approximately 30 days before the conference and will take place approximately 2 weeks before the conference. Panel organizers are responsible for organizing the prep calls.
When is my presentation due, and am I required to use a DeveloperWeek slide template?
DeveloperWeek presentations must be uploaded to the presentation submission form by Monday, February 2, 2015. Approved formats include: powerpoint, keynote, prezi, or approved video / audio files. You are not required to use a DeveloperWeek template for your presentation.
What AV equipment will be available for my session?
The workshop and session AV equipment is the same in each room. A computer, a projector, a screen, a mic, and a clicker.
Is there a speaker ready space on site where I can practice my presentation?
DeveloperWeek speakers have access to our speaker ready room. At registration Speakers will be given the exact location of the speaker ready room. The speaker ready room will have internet access, a program, an event schedule and bottled water.
Do speakers have access to the DeveloperWeek press list?
No, we do not distribute the press list to DeveloperWeek speakers.
I submitted a speaker proposal, when will I be notified of the team’s decision?
All speaker proposals will be answered by November 28, 2014.
The call for speakers has ended, can I still submit a speaker proposal?
If you believe you have an exceptional submission that should be considered by the DeveloperWeek team, you can still submit a proposal here.
